Installation: Honolulu Lodge held their annual installation of officers on December 5, 2009 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral. It was a great turn out as friends and family were in attendance. Many brethren from other lodges along with members of the grand lodge of hawaii also showed their support. First Degree Conferral: Congratulations to Brothers Lee and Stanley for receiving their first degrees in masonry. Bro. Mark Dixon did an outstanding job sitting in the Oriental Chair for the first time.
Second Degree Conferral: Congrations to Bro. Brandon Huey for being passed to the degree of Fellowcraft. Brother Huey gave an outstanding 1st degree long form profficiency. WBro. Jeff Low, PM, gave the middle chamber lecture and Bro. Dexter Carrasco gave the letter G lecture. WBro Garry Graham delivered the charge.

Second Degree Conferral: Congrations to Bro Diamond Robinson and Mark Worshem for being passed to the degree of Fellowcraft. We received a special treat again by having WBro Jeff Low, PM, giving another excellent Letter G lecture and Bro Gilles Tisseraud with the Middle Chamber Lecture.
Second Degree Conferral: Congratulations to Bro Mark Leo for being passed to the degree of Fellowcraft. He along with brothers Diamond Robinson and Mark Worshem gave outstanding proficiencies. The east welcomed back Bro James Coleman who conferred the first section of the degree while Worshipful Bro Jeff Low, Grand Lodge Inspector of Honolulu Lodge delivered the Letter G lecture. Bro Gilles Tisseraud also did an outstanding job as he presented the Middle Chamber Lecture.

First Degree Conferral Congratulations to Bro. Philipps who became our newest initiated Entered Apprentice Mason this past week. We had the honor of having Worshipful Donovan Young sit in the east for the first time in 10 years. Bro. Mark Dixon did an outstanding job as Senior Deacon for both the first and second section of the degree, while RW Monty Glover gave the lecture and Bro. Darryl Lajola delivered the charge.
In addition to the degree, recently raised master mason Bro. Dado Lajola gave an excellent 3rd degree proficiency. Congratulations Bro. Lajola.

Stated Meeting. The Grand Lodge of Hawaii, headed by The Most Worshipful Dennis Ing, paid a visit to Honolulu Lodge during the October Stated Meeting. The Grand Lodge officer line and the brethren were treated to a superb regular 3rd Degree proficiency by Darry Lajola with Bro. Garry Graham as his examiner. The brethren also honored Bro. Greg Pentecost and The Most Worshipful Dennis Ing as the current recipients of Honolulu Lodge's Cornerstone Award. Pictures below.
Fellowship Night. The brethren of Honolulu Lodge were treated to good food and good fun last Tuesday night. Aside from the food, there was Bingo and karaoke with prizes, both provided by WBro. Bro. Ken Smith was raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason last Saturday, September 27th, 2008. Bro. Smith was first examined in the Second Degree by Bro. Joe Dahl of Alaska which was then followed by the Third Degree Conferral headed by the RW Monty Glover, JGW.
Mr. Todd Sefcik and Mr. Michael Wright were initiatied last night into the Entered Apprentice degree. Bro. Darryl Lajola, just raised two weeks ago, gave an impressive charge which capped off a great night with Bro. Jimmy Coleman sitting in the East for the entire degree. The brethren were also treated to Bro. Lopaka Kapanui's first attempt at delivering the lecture at Honolulu Lodge.
The brethren also recognized two visiting brethren: Bro. Lance Westgaard of Washington and WBro. Markus Philp of Australia.
Bro. Chino Cabalteja was raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason last night. The brethren were treated to a fine conferral by Bro. Jimmy Coleman who sat in the East for the first time with Bro. Garry Graham delivering his first recital of the lecture.
WBro. Rick Huston, inspector for the lodge was in attendance to observe the performance of the officers, particularly those of Bros. Garry Graham and Jimmy Coleman, both of whom he declared as qualified.
Bro. Darryl Lajola became the newest Master Mason in Honolulu Lodge last night with family members and friends from the Philippines attending his Third Degree conferral. Attending from the Philippines were WBros. Romy Cua and Rey Escano(uncle) and Bro. Freddie Buenaventura (godfather) from Maharlika Lodge #180. Also in attendance were WBro. Lee McMillan Sr. and Bro. Lee McMillan Jr. of St. Louis Missouri.
The brethren were treated to a very excellent rendition of the Third Degree, especially during the second section. WBro. Dale Palileo sat in the Oriental Chair with WBro. Frank Condello giving another fine lecture as usual.
Stated Meeting for the month of September. Visiting brothers included the RW Charles Wegener, Senior Grand Warden of the Grand Lodge of Hawaii and Bro. Mark Shapiro, Junior Warden of Federal Lodge #1, District of Columbia.
