August 5, 2002 Hello everyone!!
RECENT EVENTS..............This past weekend the Bethel travelled to Longwood College to attend the DeMolay's annual conclave. I have yet to hear how it went, but I'm sure everyone had a good time!ON TAP FOR THIS WEEK..........The only event this week is the wedding! Attire is a nice church dress with the appropriate shoes (no flip flops). The ceremony begins at 2 pm at Messiah United Methodist Church on Rolling Road. A reception will follow at the Sheraton Crystal City. Maps and directions can be found online at:http://www.melanieandjames.net.ON TAP FOR NEXT WEEK.............There is a Grand Visitation in Roanoke, Virginia on Saturday, August 17 at 3 pm. At the last Bethel meeting, a motion was made and carried to attend. The Bethel having their Grand Visitation is Bethel 7, and they meet at:Melrose Masonic TempleThis will go out on calling. Be sure you tell your line officer whether or not you can go. This would be a wonderful way to begin earning travel awards! Chaparones and drivers are needed! Sunday, August 18 is a Bethel meeting and council installation. There will be a practice at 4 pm, with the meeting at 6 pm. COMING SOON.........
