Hello everyone!
RECENT EVENTS . . . .
This past Saturday the Bethel held another carwash at the Citgo on Franconia
Road. It is my understanding that we surpassed the amount we made at the
last carwash!!
ON TAP FOR THIS WEEK . . . .
We are having another carwash this Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. until 2
p.m. at the Citgo on Franconia Road, by the DMV. Please let me know if you
have supplies you can donate - - please let me know if you can donate your
time as well.
On May 19 we will have a rehearsal at 4 p.m. with a meeting at 6 p.m.
Please have your part(s) memorized for the Majority Ceremony. People tend
to remember their Majority Ceremony more than their Initiation - - Mom
Lanham and Mom Wendy deserve the best ceremony you can give them! Please
make this ceremony lasting and beautiful for them.
REMINDERS. . . . .
If you still owe me a Session medical form (Hamptons, Kailyn) I need to have
it at this May 19 meeting. The Session Arrangements Committee will not
process our registration without all the medical forms of those attending
Session. Deadline for "early bird" registration is May 31. After May 31,
the cost of Session increases.
Charity America (Guide's project) donations will be collected at the May
19th meeting. This is your ONLY time to bring your donations - unless you
have the folks from Charity America pick up your donations from your house.

SESSION. . . . .
Please bring your May and June schedules with you to the May 19 meeting so
that we may set up some banner and badge-making parties!
UPCOMING EVENTS. . . . .
June 1 - Installation at 5 p.m. Rehearsal is at 10:30 a.m. Installation
will take place at the GWMNM.

If you know of someone that could use a smile, encouragement, sympathy, or
birthday greeting - please let Stacey and Brittany know.
