Hello everyone!
RECENT EVENTS.....
This past weekend was a busy one for the ladies of Bethel 22. First, they
started off Saturday by having a carwash and a rather successful one too!
We raised over $200! Way to go ladies! Then, on Saturday night, a few of
our members attended the Maryland Sweetheart Ball in Baltimore. Thanks to
Mom Hampton and Mom Cox for driving! To cap off their weekend, the girls
had a meeting last night. Thanks to Mom Strehle and Laura to coming to our
meeting.

UPCOMING EVENTS.....

On April 29 - council meeting/line officers meeting at the Groner's. 7:30
p.m.

On May 3 - Mom Mona, Meera, Kori, Kasey and Mira will be heading down to
Camp Rudolph for Leadership Weekend. Have a good time!!

On May 4 - Junior Princess carwash at the Citgo on Franconia Rd (by the DMV)

On May 5 - 4:30 p.m., Pot Luck Dinner. Please bring your favorite Mexican
dish to share!! We will have a meeting at 6 p.m.
SESSION REMINDERS....
I have only received medical forms from the following people: Danielle,
Meera, Kasey and Kori. Mom Heim is the only adult who has returned her
adult survey. Please send one or both of these items to my home as soon as
possible. Please email me if you need my address.

Happy Birthday to Brittany Goff, on April 30!
Did you forget to sign the card for Ashley Stamm? You are welcome to send
her one on your own. Please email me for her address.
I want to thank you those that have inquired about my grandmother. Her
surgery went well - and she is in good spirits and is very positive. She
had some lymph nodes removed and tested. The test results will be available
on Tuesday. I appreciate all of you who kept her in your thoughts - it
means a great deal to my family and to me.
Congratulations to Erin Langsdorf - she will be attending UCF (University of
Central Florida) in the fall!!! Erin, you will be greatly missed but know
that we are all proud of you and look forward to your visits. Do your
best!!
CALLING ALL CARWASHERS.......
We are having another carwash on May 4, as mentioned above. Same time and
location (10-2 p.m. @ Citco on Franconia Rd.) We desperately need the
following items: CHAPERONES, buckets, hoses, sponges, LOTS OF TOWELS and
soap. If anyone would like to donate these items, please contact me. I
will be sending out a mass email, again, to remind everyone. We need you
help to make this fund-raiser a success!!!
CHARITY AMERICA.....
Meera Kapoor's service project is donating items to Charity America. You
can donate anything, as long as it is in an acceptable condition. Bring
your items to the May 5 meeting. I understand that many of you will be out
of town that weekend - please make arrangements with either myself or the
Kapoors to drop off your donation early.
SPIRIT AWARD UPDATE.....
As of last night you have earned 520 points out of 1,000!! Good job ladies
- keep up the good work!!
