A new term has begun! Congratulations to the new Honored Queen, Katie Kapoor, and the members of Bethel 22 on their installation. You received many compliments on Saturday night during the dance on the ceremony. I, for one, have to commend your ability to roll with the punches as we switched times abruptly and locations!
After the ceremony, Stacey Hampton signed the Bible surround by other PHQs of Bethel 22. She then was presented with yellow roses and a crying towel from her Bethel. She then announced that Kasey Lanham is the Jobie of the term for the June-December 2001 term. Danielle Heim was the winner of the Council Participation Award for the June-December 2001 term. Katie Kapoor announced the selections for Bethel Mom - Mona Killian, Bethel Dad - Rob Mertz, and Bethel Beau - Alex.
A dance followed until 11 p.m. - - everyone had a good time!
On Sunday, January 13, the Bethel will go ice skating at Reston Towne Center, at an outdoor ice skating rink. You should bring about $20. Meet at the temple at 1:30 p.m. (in the large parking lot). Plan to be picked up again by 5:00 p.m. Chaperones/Drivers are needed for this event and should email me if interested. Please tell if your line officer if you are interested in attending.
