Chartered February 11th, 1910

Oklahoma's First Masonic Lodge chartered after consolidation of the Territorial Grand Lodges

On February 28th, 1909, permission was received from the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Oklahoma for 20 Master Masons living the area of Blanchard, Oklahoma to meet and form a Masonic Lodge 'Under Dispensation' to be named Blanchard Lodge UD.  The following year, Blanchard Lodge No. 395, Ancient Free & Accepted Masons was created having received its charter from the M.W.G.L. dated February 11th, 1910.

The Grand Lodge of Indian Territory and the Grand Lodge of Oklahoma Territory consolidated in 1909.  Blanchard Lodge No. 395 was the first Lodge chartered after consolidation of those two Grand Lodges.
