The inaugural year for the Yaarab Golf Association President’s Cup award will be 2011. The winner of this award will have their name permanently etched into YGA history as the low "net" golfer of the year. It is designed to give an unfair advantage to those members that make a commitment to play in as many of the golf play dates of the association as possible.

Rules: Each member will keep track of the best "net" score on holes 1-18 that they have on any course and any play date that is a YGA sponsored event. The member with the lowest total at the end of the year will be the winner and recognized at the annual year-end event.

The handicap that is appropriate on the date of play is to be used to record scores on the YGA President’s Cup scorecard. Each member is encouraged to track the course that is lowest for each hole.

This award is also recognition for all of the good men that have served as President of our association. It is through your hard work and commitment that we are able to enjoy great fellowship and great golf. Thank You.
