Parade
- The commemoration begins Saturday with a lively parade through the heart of historic downtown St. Francisville along Ferdinand Street, featuring the West Feliciana and Jackson High School ROTC drill teams, as well as costumed clowns, cycles, dune buggies and all the accompanying hilarity of the Acadia Shrine Temple, Jerusalem Shrine Temple, Alazar Grotto, Farhad Grotto and Cajun Crotto. Tin Lizzies and a band from the Shrine Temple playing old musical instruments will add to the fun as the groups outdo themselves entertaining the crowd. In the reviewing stand will be Masonic dignitaries including Frank Karwowski, representing Commander Hart's St. George Lodge in Schenectady, New York, and Louisiana's Grand Master and other Masonic officials |

Drama and Reenactment of Burial
- Grace Episcopal Church, Parish Hall (Bishop Jackson Hall): Drama depicting Hart's wife reading a letter he wrote to her 4 days before his death, followed by the reenactment of his burial in historic Grace cemetery. |

Once again the
Historic District of St. Francisville, Louisiana will be the site of the
re-enactment of the Masonic burial of Union Gunboat Commander John E. Hart in
Grace Episcopal Church Yard.
