Initiated as an Entered Apprentice in St. George Lodge on November 14, 1945
Passed to the degree of a Fellow Craft on January 9, 1946
Raised to the Sublime degree of a Master Mason on February 27,1946
Died in Louisville Kentucky on October 23, 2009
His Masonic career spanned 63 years

Died in Louisville Kentucky on March 19, 2009 in his seventy third year.
