F&AM meets every 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month in Downtown Louisville
Kentucky at the Scottish Rite Temple, located at 200 East Gray Street,
Louisville, KY. 40202
Parking is available in
the parking garage adjacent to the Scottish Rite Temple on Gray Street.
Use the backstage (driveway) door between the garage and the
Temple if you arrive between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Use the door on the
Brook Street side if you arrive after 6:30 pm
Dinner and fellowship begins at
5:30pm - Stated meeting begins at 6:30pm

Lodge opened in form in the Louisville Scottish Rite
Temple at 6:30 PM with 13 masons present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved.
A resolution was read from Shelby Lodge that Brother
Richard Nation was being nominated for the office of
Grand Junior Warden for the Grand Lodge of Kentucky in
2010.
A petition for the three degree’s of masonry was
submitted by Jon S. Dawson. A motion was made, seconded,
and passed that the petition be accepted and that the
Master appoint an investigating committee. The master
appointed Tom Irwin, Robert Josephson, and Charles
Bowman to do the investigation.
Two petitions were voted on for John D. Ralston and
Charles T. Dezarn to receive the degrees. We will try to
confer the EA degree on January 20th.
Finance report was read. Motions to pay the bill and to
accept the report were made, seconded, and passed.
There being no further business lodge closed at 7:10 PM
with peace and harmony prevailing.
