- Many Masons would like to have a copy of Albert Pike's Morals
and Dogma. This famous book is available from Kessinger Publishing (P.O.Box 160,
Kila, MT 59920 U.S.A.). The price is $45.00 - ISBN 1-56459-275-8.
Kessinger specializes in rare esoteric reprints and books on
Freemasonry. There are dozens of rare Pike's books in reprints.
