Dear Sir and Brother,
The Annual Reunion and AGM of your Association will be held on  SATURDAY 2nd OCTOBER 2004 at the Waikato Masonic Centre, Barton Street, Hamilton. The host is Lodge Tawhiri no. 166. Immediately following Annual General Meeting, members of the Association will conduct a 2° ceremony on Bro. Gregory John Brown, a candidate from Lodge Tawhiri.
Dress will be lounge suits
Accommodation will be at your own care.
Following the ceremony there will be a buffet meal at the Waikato Masonic Centre to which ladies and partners are invited.
The proceedings for the day are as follows:---

11.20	Get together, meet with old friends.
11.45	Light lunch in refectory.
12.30	A.G.M. in Lodge room. (agenda below).
14.00	Lodge Tawhiri tyles for second Degree.
14.15	Visitors received.
17.30	Dinner in refectory. Buffet meal. ($15 per person)

             
The ladies will join us before 17.30. the suggestion for their entertainment at the moment is a cruise on the Waikato river aboard the Waipa Delta. This is a mock paddle wheeler which has a licensed restaurant on board and is a very enjoyable trip. This trip is subject to the cost of the cruise and the departure/arrival times.
The caterers require to know the numbers attending so PLEASE advise the secretary as early as possible.
Members are reminded that the annual subscription of $5 Is now due. (subs form enclosed). This principally is used to continue the tradition of the Association of presenting an Installed Master’s Aprons to Railway Craftsmen Brethren, as well as assisting in the cost of copying notices and postage.
