The Buckeye Trail of Ohio and Finger Lakes Trail of New York State prohibits reproduction their maps, or GPS data.. Therefore, any maps on this webpage are generalized, some points are approximate positions and their details pertaining to the trail's course are left vague to prevent any one from circumventing the purchase of a map in those areas. Information here should not be used in place of a hiking map. Instead, hikers should always have the maps appropriate to where they're hiking, regardless of whether they're using a Global Positioning System (GPS) or not. Those maps can be procured online from the associations governing those trails.

General Course Maps
This map is not the exact course, which is why it's being referred to as "general." It's here to generally describe the actual course is and is based transit stops and places of Masonic and appendant (concordant) body interest that are within range of the course, either on foot or by transit. Exceptions are Lodge Humber No. 1475 of A. F. & A. M. (GL of Scotland) and Bonner's Ferry Lodge No. 43 of A. F. & A. M (GL of Idaho).
