United Grand Chapter of Australia
Welcome to our Guest Book History
2001 to 2005
[Home]
I very much enjoyed perusing your site. I was looking for any information on your United Grand Chapter's communication tool, in printed form. In Colorado Grand Chapter, we have a publication called the 4-U-2 Review, the official publication of the Grand Chapter of Colorado (USA). Unfortunately, I was not able to find such information on your Grand Chapter. I would be interested in any information you might have and would be interested in an exchange of publications between our Grand Chapters, on a complimentary basis. Our publication is produced quarterly and mailed in the months of December, March, June, and September. If you could please have someone contact met at: 4u2review@earthlink.net. It also appears that your guestbook has been compromised by a group of hackers. There are a tremendous number of entries that are simple garbage at the top. I'm not quite sure how you can resolve this; however, I wish you good luck in doing so.
Found your site while researching a lovely old piece of Australian pokerwork which has the inscription'love and congratulations from the members of Five Dock Chapter 366' Would very much appreciate any further information on this. Thanks Karen
Was just appointed Grand Rep.to Australia. Would like information on the Grand Session in 2007.Looking foward to my visit.

It is a beautiful, sunny day here in Massachusetts. We just held a reception for our Grand Organist, Grand Chaplain, Deputy Grand Matron and Deputy Grand Marshal last night, with just over 100 in attendance. Hi folks down under. I know that you are now having summer. We are up here in the c-c-c-c-cold North-Eastern part of Ontario. It is our winter season. Today the temperature is -29 degrees celcius. Night-time temperatures are about 10 degrees colder But, life goes on as normal. We don't go for walks outdoors but hit the mall for some exercise. Enjoyed visiting your site. Love to visit Australia sometime but hard to do on a retirement pension ... so We'll just dream about it and visit your site, eh? I'm secretary in my Chapter up here and was Worthy Matron last year. My husband Bill and I have "been to the East" together for three times. Once in Elliot Lake Chapter No. 324 and twice in our mother Chapter Areme No. 15 in South-western Ontario. We are dual members and moved to the north to retire. I'm a Past Grand Electa of Ontario and a Past District Deputy Grand Matron of District No. 4 in S-W Ontario. I'm also president & secretary & treaurer of our Gavel Club (Past Matrons & Past Patrons) which meets monthly for a luncheon meeting and fellowship. Eastern Star is a very big part of our life ... and always will be. If anyone would like to correspond, please feel free to do so. Love to hear from you. Star love Gloria

Thought I would take a tour of OES web sites and yours was the first I visited. An encouraging start!
Hi, I was surfing the net to see when chapters met in NSW. I find two listed in Wollongong, but I thought that Wollongong Chapter had given up its charter. I visited there with my mother and sister at that chapter in December of either 1976 or 1979. I have also attended an installation that was in Port Kambla in November of 1996. Hope to visit a year or so from now while I visit my family in Dapto. I am a Past Matron (4 times) and belong to Richmond Chapter #73.
Enjoyed reading your website, so nice to view the different comments and information. OES104

I found this site quite by accident and I enjoyed reading all the comments although some are a bit dated.
This is an informative website.
Best wishes to our sisters and brothers down under. I have family in Australia, (nee Salvati) and would like one day to visit. Loved the site. May the Lord watch between me thee, while absent one from another.
I was wondering if anyone could help with some information about your Order. I am a genealogist and have come across a great-aunt of mine who has what appears to have o.e.s inscriptions on her headstone. At the top there are the initials O.E.S, followed by a five pointed star (with a point at the top). To the left of the star there is the word "Unity" and to the right of the star the words "Chapter 379". Her name is given as Sister E Hosking. I have searched for info on where chapter 379 was but was unable to find a listing on this website. All I know is that this stone was in Cheltenham Cemetery in South Australia. I'd appreciate any information at all! Thanks so much, Amy in Sydney
Please visit: www.solnaciente2.org kisses your sister Marthisabel
I am the Grand Representative of Australia in Colorado. I would like to see some current information on your upcoming Grand Session in June of 2005. More specific times, dates, and prices for attending the various functions. Your Web Site is very attractive and informative for the housing. It's interesting to see the various sections of Australia and their Chapters listed.
Great website - I'll keep watching it to get updates on our anticipated visit with you in Canberra.
I plan to accompany our NY Grand Representive of Australia to the 2005 Sessions and would appreciate receiving information about the Sessions. We would also like to contact other Grand Reps who will be traveling from the US to see if we could travel with you as "a group" to reduce the travel costs.

My mum was Worthy Matron in Tasmania, can I join?
I am a Past Matron of Laurel Chapter #47 in Washington State, USA. I have recently moved to the Darwin area, to rejoin my husband. While I was disappointed to learn that there was not already a local OES chapter that I might attend here in Darwin, I would welcome any contact from members who might be in the Darwin area, or from other sisters/brothers in Australia. This will be my home now, and I am looking to make lots of new friends within the Masonic family here in Australia.
An added comment... I am a Past Grand Guardian of Minnesota (Job's Daughters) and am also a Past Matron of Lake Harriet Chapter #202 in Minneapolis. Take a look at our recently created website- mnoes.org/oeslh202 , another sister and I worked very hard on it. Our email is included on the site for any comments. Let us know what you think too! Thank you and hello to any of my JD friends!!!!
I enjoy looking at all things Australian. I was in NSW and Qld in 1996 for the Supreme Session of the International Order of Job's Daughters and I loved my time in Australia. I keep looking for people I might know. I'll be back.
I was once in Australia and I really enjoyed myself, of course I was a Navalman then. Greetings to all my brothers and sisters that spread abroad. Love One Another! Worthy Patron of Sisters Of Unity #045 MF&AM, Atlanta, Ga.

I LOVE YOUR SITE KEEP IT UP OK.MAGAS DO TAKE NOTE OK.
Greetings! It is a pleasure to extend a welcome from the Golden Poppy Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star of California, United States of America. I am the Grand Foreign Correspondent of the Golden Poppy Grand Chapter. It is my sincere desire to communicate with your Chapter as a means of broadening the connection and communication amongst chapters throughout the United States and the World. We now live in a very global society and are no longer isolated one chapter from another. It is with God’s love and understanding that I wish to engage in a meaningful exchange of thought and ideas regarding the Eastern Star with my fellow sisters. It is my hope that this communication is just the first of many and that as I travel throughout the United States and our neighbors in Canada, Europe, and other far away places that we will one day have an opportunity to meet and further share our love of the order and the many accomplishments being undertaken. Sisterhood is needed more now than ever. In some instances, we have to stop and wonder why, we as sisters do not come together more often for the good of society and the future of the world. Golden Poppy convenes its 94th Annual Grand Session on July 9, 2004 in Fresno, California at the Radisson Hotel. Once again, our organization will disseminate several scholarships to outstanding youth throughout California. I would appreciate information from your chapter regarding events and activities, which highlight your chapters, work this year.
Sorry I omitted to put the address on screen. It is www.oes-scotland.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk I am sure that some of the members will be interested in what is happening here in Scoltand.
Greetings from Scotland. I am W.G.Organist of the S.G.C.of Scotland and I noticed on you Links page that you do not have the Link to our Web Page. I am sure some of the members originally from Scotland would like to see what is going on here. Good wishes to all.
Fraternal greetings from Bow Valley Chapter #5 in Calgary,Alberta,Canada.I have just discovered this website and have been enjoying scrolling through the comments. I was delighted to see Myra Gilroy's name mentioned. I also recognized Janet Brannon from Port Maquarrie as she visited our chapter last fall as well. I am a Grand Representative of Australia in Alberta and look forward to renewing friendships and making new ones in Canberra in 2005. It looks like there will be many visitors from this part of the world- safe journeys.

It's great to surf through the various sites & see the differences between other jurisdictions. I am AM in Maple Leaf #19 in Vancouver, BC. Our elections are in 2 weeks, so I am preparing program, fundraising ideas & social plans.
It was remiss of me to inform everyone that Sunny South Chapter has changed their meeting night and place of meeting. PLEASE NOTE CHANGES from February 2004 meeting: The third Monday of each month excluding January at Illingworth Masonic Hall, Hampton Street, South Goodwood. Would all members please update their individual records to record this change. Many thanks. Past Worthy Matron
Great to surf your site. Chapters listed for South Australia needs updating urgently as only 1 has correct info otherwise an interesting site.
I tried to find this site through Google (Australia) by typing in United Grand Chapter of Australia and also Order of the Eastern Star - no luck - and I am NOT impressed. I eventually got here through the General Grand Chapter of America via Links! Rather a stupid way of finding this site - this should be amended asap.

Have just found the site.It was great just looking through and seeing familar faces & seeing well known names.Wish things were done according to the Ritual up here.
Just returned from Queensland visited a few while there, was shocked to see all the things that are done wrong. As we are all under THE UNITED GRAND CHAPTER OF AUSTRALIA I asked why, and was told they don't use a Procedure Book as there is no such thing in Queensland. Your comments please. Patricia Mitchell
I was interested in your grand chapter meeting. Do you meet every other year or every year? Is the meeting always in June? Thanks so much.] Mary Lee

I am currently looking to purchase Station Pins and wonder if there is anywhere in Australia where I can get them from. Hello to our Sisters and Brothers Down Under! My husband, John, has just received a Grand Representative appointment to Australia. We are so excited! We're looking forward to visiting Austalia and being at your next Bienniel Grand Chapter Session. We would love to correspond with some Sisters and Brothers in Australia and learn more about your Grand Jurisdiction. Hoping to hear from you soon, Jean James, P.G.M. of Wisconsin
I will be moving to Darwin in the near future to live with my husband. I do not see any sites listed on your web site for the Northern Territory. Please tell me that at least 1 chapter exists there! I would hate to loose out on OES meetings because of our move...
I've found the web site interesting to contact friends. Congratulations to Narelle and steering committee for great sessions 2003 at Melbourne.
I have visited the main site before but have finally found time to read the Guest Book which I found very interesting. One constructive criticism. Maybe someone could go through and delete all the irrelevant information e.g. the Melbourne Sessions are now over so that all those requests for details could go,and quite a few messages are repeated or are now answered. This would free up time for enjoying relevant comments.
Enjoyed reading what you do in your Chapters. I am presently Associate Conductress of Corner Stone Chapter #193 Portland, Maine USA
Just typed a message but I don't think it went through so here I am again. We had a wonderfully successful and happy Sessions in Melbourne and I congratulate all concerned especially the Victorian Steering Committee and our Sessions Co-ordinator Narelle Ober. I was very proud to be Worthy Grand Marshal for our MWGM/P who carried out their duties so efficiently and earned the love and respect from everyone. The Sessions were enhanced by the attendance of many overseas visitors from USA, Canada and NZ. I have now taken a step up to WG Associate Conductress and look forward to the next two years under the leadership of our new MWGM/P Sister Evelyn Hood and Brother Arthur Helm. Star Love Lois

Congratulations on the terrific Web Page. I am visitor No 2644 and I feel rather humble sitting here reading some of the previous comments. I logged on to the Web Page because Southport Chapter is holding an Open Installation on 24 May 2003 and I am honoured to be a member of the installation team. We are compiling information into the form of an address to our visitors and are hoping to attract many new members to any of the three Gold Coast Chapters. Until next time. Sister Joan Lester PWM

I have found your web page most informative, especially since I have received my Commission as Grand Representative to Australia. I was delighted to review Biennial Session's material. I am looking forward to attending Sessions in June. My kudo's to your webmaster.
I would like to re-establish contact with any Sisters or Brothers I met January - April 1991 when on a semester abroad with my husband and two young children. We were based in North Ryde I happily visited Campbelltown, Holroyd, Liverpool, Paramatta, and Ryde Chapters. Still have everything given to me. Also visited a Rainbow assembly, a treat for this PWA and Majority Member. I am now a 3 time PM and currently in the East again. Am Mother Advisor of Stevens Point # 1 and mother of the GWAA of Wisconsin Rainbow!
I was always a late starter but now that I have found this excellent site I will endeavour to get here again. Such fun ready all comments and I must agree that it is a great site. I have had a chance to look through the guest book. WOW Great stuff. Thank you to the people who keep all this going. Very much appreciated. As the NSW Social Secretary for Grand Reps we are looking forward to the Luncheon at the Sessions in Melbourne 2003. It is a great event. Congratulations to Barbara, Carita and Narelle for the staging and hard work in the background. I am hoping my counterpart from Alabama - Willard Eason and his wife Susan will be coming to the Sessions. OES has got a future WE NEED TO SEEK IT AND TO FORGE IT. Illawarra Daylight Star Club is in the process of forming a new Chapter. Our hope is to rotate our meeting to the different chapter halls within our District to encourage our older members to come along and enjoy chapter that little bit long. We hope our meetings will be on the 4th Friday 10.30am of the Month, with light lunch and social afterwards. Our next Star Club gathering is 7.3.03 at Mortdale OES Hall, Victoria St., Mortdale 7.30 pm. After this meeting we hope the gathering will be the daytime. We also hope for a favourable passage through the process of Petition for Charter and hope to be Instituted later in 2003. So don't give in nor give up. Our beautiful Order must continue. I hope to see you at the Sessions with an update. Star Service Margaret
I LOVE THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENTS.
Greetings from the Grand Chapter of Saskatchewan. I am the Associate Grand Conductress of our Grand Chapter, and serve as Worthy Matron in my subordinate Chapter in Estevan, and Organist in Oxbow, Sask. I have been a dual member for a few years. It was a pleasure to visit and read the entries in your guest book. I would love to communicate with anyone and share our similarities, and differences. I don't imagine there are many, but part of my plans for my year as WM is to learn and share with my Chapter, interesting facts from OES members around the world. Any help would be appreciated. Good luck to all of your members as you follow the Star.
my husband and i will be visiting townsville & gympie in june and we would love to visit some chapters while we are there. I would appreciate any information that would help us to do this. Keep up the good work, the website is great. Jeanette Mclean.

Iam a Secretary of Woy Woy Chapter, Secretary of Brisbane Waters Maasonic Widows and have just found out my cousins in the web site in NewZealand while at my friends home I was a founder member of Golden Orchid Chapter in Port Moresby in 1963/4 Don't know if it is still going.
Just surfing and thought I would check out OES as I was looking at Masonic Sites. I am Worthy Patron of Townsville with Sister Dell Craig as Worthy Matron. I am also Deputy District Grand Master of North Queensland. I found this site very informative. Fraternal Greetings to all and a Happy & Safe Festive Season
I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Sis. Isabel McLelland MWGM of UGC of Aust for always including my sister Sister Colina Anderson who was visiting Aust. from Kennoway Chapter No. 495 Scotland. Each chapter we visited throughout NSW and other States we were always made welcome. Thank you to all the members who billeted us, drove us around and showed us the local sights. Colina is now back in Scotland. I have had a wonderful time travelling as Worthy Grand Esther of the UGC of Aust. and also as Grand Representative of Alberta, Canada. My counterpart is Bro. Ken Oliver from Mizpah Chapter.
Your site, beliefs, ideologies and determination to strive towards a common goal really touched a chord within ... I was made aware of your organisation through one of your members which prompted me to delve and find out more about what is the driving force behind your goals and beliefs. I personally have always held the belief that the 'Mother' or guiding female forces of Nature are more prevalent and important when it comes to matters of compassion and ways of the heart ... Even though I do not meet the criteria for joining your organisation, it creates a sense of peace and well-being knowing there are those out there supporting and endowing those beliefs you project and are at one with ... Thankyou for restoring a sense of faith I believed did not exist ...
Lovely site. Thanks for allowing me to view it. I enjoyed reading the thoughts of others who have visited your site. Nice comments. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Keep up the good work.
What a beautiful website. I can tell a lot of love went inot it. Please visit our website http://www.oestar.org or http://www.geocities.com/oes184 Wishing you and your officers a very successful and healthy year!
Congratualtions on a great site.
I and my husband Bill are PWM & PWP of Swan Hill Chapter 208. Our Chapter meets on 4th Tuesday of the month except for Installation (May), Birthday (March) and Official Visit (Sept)meetings which are held on 3rd Saturday. We do not meet in December. One of the greatest pleasures we find about this wonderful order to which we belong is meeting other members and getting to know one another better. I would be pleased to correspond with any interested member who would like to know a little about life in Swan Hill which is a Rural City situated on the Boarder of Victoria and New South Wales between Mildura and Echuca. Kindest regards to all who read this message.
Just wanted to let you know I found your web-site and enjoyed looking at it. I am a member of Williamstown Chapter #58 in Williamstown, WV. We are a Sister Chapter of Frazier Chapter #192 and communicate often with Joe Vavra who is our correspondent.
I will be Associate Grand Patron in Wisconsin when my wife and I visit Australia next June. I was looking for OES activities and sessions to attend
I would like to correct that Melbourne Chapter is now at Davies Street Masonic Centre, Brunswick, Victoria and not at the address presently listed under Victorian Chapters. Great to read your informative website.
Fraternal Greetings from Puerto Rico. I am currently the Grand Secretary of the Grand Chapter of Puerto Rico. Your site is excellent, the information is will presented and very interesting. Keep up the good work.

I have visited many web sites, and The United Grand Chapter of Australia has to be one of the best visited. I am the 3rd generation Sister in my family. I was initiated into my Mother Chapter Violet No.10 Airdrie, Lanarkshire District under The Supreme Grand Chapter of Scotland, at the age of 18 years in the year 1932. I was honoured to be Worthy Matron of my Chapter in the year 1954. District Worthy Grand Matron of Lanarkshire in the year 1974, which I had 32 Chapters under my control. I am now 88 years old, a member for 70 years still attending my Chapter Meetings on a regular basis until 12 months ago when I had a hip replacement, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I love helping others , giving advice to all new members. Keep up the good work. Keep looking to the East Sisters and Brothers as your light is ever shining. God bless you all. Fraternal greetings to all the Chapters in Australia. Sister Annie McCrone Past Worthy Matron Violet Chapter No.10. Past Worthy District Grand Matron of Lanarkshire Scotland.

Greetings Sisters and Brothers, Very nice Website you have here. I have learned alot thank you. Sis Adams Electa Chapter #25
This is our new email as we had so much trouble with Telstra and would NOT recomend them. We are leaving for Cairns for a month on Sunday. Great to see all oes
Quite interesting. It took awhile to understand District Grand Chapters.
I found this site to be most informative and interesting, I am a member of Quickstar and hope that I may be accepted into the OES this year, though find it difficult seeing I have no family so unable to search if I have any ancestors or family who were members. I have become even more interested since my boyfriend plans to apply to the freemasons. If anyone can be of assistance in helping me learn more in my preparations please contact me. Keep up the wonderful work.
Look forward to seeing everyone in Melbourne June 2003 Greetings from Box Hill Chapter No 135
Fraternal greetings from Queen City Chapter #5 Victoria, BC
I very much enjoyed you're web site, being a new member of my chapter it was very interesting to find out there were so many chapters in Australia. I will probably visit often to check out the news. Thank you M McQuarrie
Graham, First look at the website since June 2000. Congratulations it is certainly coming along very well and will encourage visiting amongst interstate members with all the information on the Chapters now listed. Lithgow Chapter should be 39 not 93. Lorraine
I am currently WM of Bankstown and DG Conductress of Sydney District which can prove hectic at times but still most enjoyable. The web site is geat and enjoyed reading comments from other browsers.
We Need more Information on the Biennial 2003 Session as we are planning to be there. The website is great.
It's a great Order to belong to, but it is very sad that so many Chapters have closed down. I just wish that something could be done to rectify this. I know that I will belong to it as long as I can.
If anyone wants to know about the Session in Victoria Please contact me Star Love Narelle Ober
Excellent web site. Enjoyed it very much.
Have been very active member in our Chapter (Sunny South Chapter #12) for the past 10 years. Have served in several stations. I was Worthy Matron in 1999 and I am presently Associate Matron.
I found your web page very interesting. I am a Past Matron and presently the Secretary of Miami Chapter #141, OES. We meet at the Coral Gables Masonic Temple. Several years ago, my husband and I had the pleasure of entertaining Rob Casson, Deputy Grand Master of South Australia. We hope to be able to attend his installation as Grand Master in 2003. I would love to attend your Grand Session but time does not permit. I am surfing the net looking for a program on Rob Morris to present at our commoration celebration of Rob Morris' birthday. I did enjoy reading the history of your Grand Chapter. Thanks for a great web site. Jane
Wonderful to read everyones comments. Lovely to see Sister Mary Lindsay's name there too. I too am a PM from Caledonia Chapter and like Sister Bette Prentice and several others in our Chapter, are looking forward to attending Melbourne in June 2003.
Well done. I have enjoyed reading the messages. NSW Grand Reps gathering 30th June, 2002 at the Laurels, Clempton Park, Sydney. 11.30am sharp. Members and visitors welcome.
It was real interesting I thought it told a little too much information Sheba
Congratulations Graham the site is great and is long overdue, keep up the good work.
a very informative site, leading to a greater understanding.
A very well put together web page, but it is extremely dissapointing that it is not readable from all web browsers. I am required to use Netscape occasionally and this is not readable from that browser. The difference in the stars also stands out. If Australia has a differenciated star to that of the Supreme Grand Chapter, we should use it on all pages not just some. (I've never seen it in any constitution or bylaws etc but I assume it did occurr These oversights are normal) Restriction of web browser to get to all areas of the page makes this page less than attractive Allan Mills Senior Unix Technical Ifrastructure Consultant Patrick Group Ltd
I am the I.P.W.P.of Sherbrooke Chapter 219 and my wife Bobbie is the current Conductress. We are a young chapter this is our third year since our Institution. If there is anyone out there who would like to contact me with any new ideas to make the meetings interesting and different from the normal I would apprectiate. At last I have found you! I am currently Worthy Matron of Southern Cross Chapter No.2 and we will be celebrating our 90th. B'day in April 2003. We have a member, Roma Lance, who has been a member for 60 years, has held office continually in that time and is currently our Yellow Point! How's that? Martie Marcie, I shared a table with you in Hobart-you may not remember. Yes, the new rituals are printed, isn't that great?
Fantastic I found you, love to read the comments, congraulations Graham
It is great to read all the information on this Web site. I have attended several UGCA sessions in the past, and am looking forward to the next one in Melbourne in 2003.
This is my first visit and I'm delighted to be able to find so much of interest. I look forward to browsing the information again.
Having only just taken the time to try to hook up, I am very impressed with the work of Graham Pollitt and those who have assisted him. Congratulations on a fantastic job, wonderful publicity for our Order.
Thank you very much. Brother Graham Pollitt forwarded me your website address of which I am most appreciative. I am the Grand Representative of Australia in Louisiana (USA) and have been in contact with my counterpart, Sister Kath White. We have had many wonderful conversations and correspondence by email. I do plan to attend your Grand Chapter Session in June 2003, along with several of my traveling companions - perhaps approximately 15 sisters and brothers and we are in the process of making our plans now and looking forward to being in Australia. Your website will be a great asset.
Hi everyone, Great sight enjoyed viewing photos Joan IPWDGM Illawarra
I am so proud to be a 25 year member of this organization. Hopefully I will be able to visit your Grand Chapter one day. My father is a PGP of the Grand Chapter of Ohio.
So suprised to see someone with the last name of Lavering in OZ. Their are very few of us left here in the states. I would love to hear a bit of Margaret Laverings family, if any links trace back to America. My father was Past Master of Bayside Lodge #118 in Virginia Beach, Virginia and my daughter was in Job's Daughters.
My Chapter has a PP jewel from a member who belonged to Melbourne Ch. 252. He has since passed away and unfortunately we might be folding. Is there anyone in Melbourne who I might correspond with about this jewel. Do you want it back. We will be retiring to Brisbane area next year and I am very pleased with your web site and the information it offers. Pat Butler
My husband Joe and I will be visiting the Malanda area from May 8th (9th?) through the 20th of May - we are hoping to be able to sit in at least one Chapter (both of us) and in Lodge - Joe, not me, hehe, and are looking for information that will make that possible. Wwe will be bringing Fraternal Greetings from NH - we have had our Grand Representatives visiting your Grand Chapter for several years now, and both Sister Jane Sims (soon to Worthy Grand Maton) and Sister Jean Van Stelton are well and remember their visits very fondly. They want to get in our suitcases, but alas, won't fit! In Star Love, Ellie Morrill, PM Pilgrim Chapter #55, Nashua NH USA

Graham, wonderful job, and so pleased that we now have a profile in this medium. I trust that eventually all Chapters will contribute something toward this Site.
Very good site. Very bright and cheerful. Love the photos and information.
What a wonderful site. I am Grand Representative of Australia in Ohio. I am happy to say that we have a group from Ohio, and from Florida, going to the UGC in Melbourne in 2003. My counterpart, Patricia Kingston was at our Ohio Grand Chapter last October, and just delightful. We had a great time. Any Americans who want to go can contact me for information on the trip. We can all meet in L.A. and fly together from there.
I just entered the sisterhood this weekend, and am very excited to be here.Fort Hamilton Chapter 568

Well done..have finally got arround to having a look...Margaret has just been appointed Grand Rep to Alabama
Enjoyed surfing through your web site. Good Job.My husband and I were privileged to attend your United Grand Chapter Session in 1999. It was a wonderful experience. He was Worthy Grand Patron of South Carolina 2001-2002 until he passed away in September of 2001. I am Grand Adah 2001-2002. Our Grand Session will be June 17-19 in Columbia SC. We invite all our Sisters and Brothers to share this time with us. Keep up the good work and continue to keep your eye on the STAR in the East. Visit our web site SCOES.org.
Excellent, Graham! I am in awe of all that you have accomplished - especially as you do it all from scratch and don't cheat with programs like Frontpage (like I do!) Santa gave me a small digital camera for Christmas and I took it to our South Brisbane DG meeting last Wed. Then never took a single photo. I promise to do better.
My friend Stella West was just appointed as Gr. Representative to Australia in KY. We plan to attend the session in June of 2003. There will be several in our group! As of this date Stella does not have the address of her counterpart. Could you supply her with that name so she can begin corresponding! Thanks in advance for your help! Alice Wiggins
I have been interested in the OES for about a year, and hope in the near future to become a member of Yallourn Chapter. Up to date I have found it hard to get information about chapters in Victoria, and look forward to the State wedsite when it is up and running.
I am a P.Proxy W.D.G.P.for BURNETT D.G.C. Please feel free to contact me at anytime. Joe Ferguson.
It has been my pleasure to serve as the Grand Representative of the United Grand Chapter of Australia for the past two years. My commission expired in December, but I was please to attend your last Grand Chapter. Please let everyone know that this site is here. You have done a great job. Are the new rituals done yet?
Graham, Have had another look at your Website and wanted to congratulate you on the work you have done so far. Enjoyed reading the news from the other States and now it's up to all members to keep you informed. Best wishes to all for 2002.
