Brethren;
Now that Halloween and Trick
and Treat is over, We can look
forward to Thanksgiving and
I am sure all of us have a lot
to be thankful for.
Many thanks to Ruth and Cecil
Ramsey for planning and preparing
the pancake breakfast, over
45 people are expected to attend.
A tour of the Lodge will be
conducted after breakfast.
Congratulations to Brothers
Russell Glenn McCarty and Robert
La Fon Terrell for their 50
years of Masonic Service in
October. Also, Congratulations
to Brother Donald Lee Smith
for his 60 years of Masonic
Service in November.
November 4th, at Mt. Hermon
Lodge, is Wardens Night for
all Lodges in District 8 and
14. The Wardens of these Lodges
will conduct a Master Mason
Degree on a Fellow Craft. Dinner
will be at 6:00pm and the meeting
at 7:30pm. The cost of the dinner
is $8.00.
November 11th will be our Stated
Communication and we will have
an EA Degree for Mr. Brian Wesley
Klopp and Mr. James David Hardin,
Jr. Mr. Klopp was out of town
for the October meeting.
The Annual Grand Lodge Communication
is Saturday, November 11, at
1:00pm. Luncheon will be served
at 11:30am. Dinner will be served
at 6:00pm. After dinner the
new Grand Lodge Officers will
be installed for next year.
