"Herndon DeMolay is dedicated to serving their community and faithfully improving the young men of the chapter. They build themselves upon ideals which our nation is prone to forget."

  Word of the Day:

We are a fraternity of young men between the ages of 12 and 21. To become a member you must fit these simple requirements and have belief in a supreme being. Our chapter is recognized throughout the state and nation for our leadership skills, humanitarian efforts, and most importantly our friendship. Our members find strong mentors in the officers, councilors and advisors, building bonds that will last a lifetime. The members organize and lead chapters events from paintball games to basketball competitions, helping local soup kitchens to hosting Bike-a-Thons for Breast Cancer research, or from raising funds by washing cars to planning and DJ-ing elaborate dances.

We are a small part of an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. Basing its approach on timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience, DeMolay opens doors for young men by developing civic awareness, personal responsibility and leadership skills so vitally needed in society today. DeMolay combines this serious mission with a fun approach that builds important bonds of friendship among members in more than 1,000 chapters worldwide.

We have alumni such as Walt Disney, John Wayne, Walter Cronkite, football Hall-of-Famer Fran Tarkenton, legendary Nebraska football coach Tom Osborne, news anchor David Goodnow, WWF wrestler Mankind and many others. Each has spoken eloquently of the life-changing benefit gained from their involvement in DeMolay.
