From The West

On the Level

Greetings, brethren!

Any one of us having attended Lodge will agree that as a team we are becoming quite adept at our rituals. Our officers have stepped forward, and missed lines or missed words are diminishing to the point of insignificance. We have two degrees yet to complete. Looking forward, our focus should be on April 26th and our appointment with the Grand Lecturer.

May offers us an event which will become a bench mark in the annals of Lodge history. The Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts will attend the elevation and display of two ancient aprons from our earliest days. Brothers, take part in this event, place it in your memory and savor it in the years to come.

In June the Lodge will have our second Electronic Recycling fund raiser. It is hoped that the brothers can turn out that Saturday and lend a hand for the Lodge. We are also coming to the time when we shall consider what physical improvements we can make in the Lodge itself. All this - rituals, the aprons, brothers working for the good of the Lodge - paints a portrait of a dynamic, active Lodge, moving forward with confidence.

Fraternally,

Brother Thomas Bailey

DISTRESS, ILLNESS OR NEED of one of our brethren should be brought to the attention of the Master or the Wardens as soon as possible - We don't find out unless we are told!
