Welcome!

Farmers Lodge was charted on September 22nd, 1848.

The Lodge is located Fredonia, Ohio on the SE Corner of SR 661 & CR 16 (Chestnut Hills Rd.)

Our stated meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm and meet year round.

The Lodge, although small in numbers of members (currently at 77) and is located in a rural setting, continues to make its presence known in the local community by volunteering at the Hartford Fair to assist the McKean Community Organization (MCO Club). The Lodge is also a very charitable Lodge which continues to give to the Ohio Special Olympics, the Grand Lodge Charitable Foundation, and the Ohio Masonic Home, along with other various charities, and especially local families of the community who are in need of assistance.

Farmers Lodge Receives the Grand Masters Award for 2009!

On Saturday, October 17th, the Lodge was presented the "Grand Master's Award" at the 200th Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of Ohio. Most Worshipful Brother Charles R. Murphy, Grand Master of Masons in Ohio, presented Worshipful Brother Adam Wilson the award on behalf of the Officers and Brethren of Farmers Lodge #153. Many requirements had to be met in order to be considered for this award, and the Lodge not only met, but exceeded the minimum requirements set forth by the Grand Master. The Officers and Brethren worked diligently throughout the year, and was a nice reward to the Lodge for all of their hard work and accomplishments they have made. Congratulations!

Farmers Lodge Receives the Perfect Attendance Award for 2009!

On Wednesday, November 11th, the Lodge was presented a plaque for fulfilling the requirements for "Perfect Attendance" set forth by the 19th Masonic District Officers Association. Accepting the award on the Lodge's behalf, was Worshipful Master Adam Wilson. The requirements that had been met were, attending every Lodges' annual inspection within the 19th District, along with attending every 19th Masonic District meeting.
