Shriner's Hospitals

The Shrine of North America operates a network of specialized hospitals that treat children with all kinds of orthopedic problems, burns and spinal cord injuries. They have become known far and wide for their excellence in orthopedics and pediatrics. Children under 18 years of age whose parents are unable to pay for the hospitalization and/or outpatient treatment are admitted.

They treat disorders such as scoliosis, (curvature of the spine) brittle bone disease, metabolic bone diseases, hand and back problems, club foot, limb deficiencies, and growth problems.
