RENTAL AGREEMENT

Number of persons attending party will not exceed 170. Event will not continue past I:00 am

Renter accepts all responsibility for any personal injuries, property damage, missing / stolen property, which may occur during the rental period within or outside the building.

Renter and guests will be restricted to the banquet area and adjacent restrooms on the lower level of the building only. Access will be through the front door and stairwell.

Renter is allowed two hours before the party to decorate and two hours after for cleanup. Renter may elect to pay for the cleanup at the pre-determined fee. Decorations using tape, staples, tacks or glue to the walls or ceiling is not allowed. Glitter, confetti or similar decorations spread on the tables or floor are not permitted.

Custodians / Bartenders will control the dispensing of any and all alcoholic beverages, including, but not limited to, requesting proper forms of identification for proof of age. They will have the right to refuse service to any individual because of personal conduct or behavior.

Custodians I Bartenders may terminate the event at any time for just cause, which includes; disorderly conduct, deliberate damage to facilities or furnishings, illegal or immoral conduct, violation of Federal, State or local laws and codes.
