 (1860-1941)

Inventor of the first moving picture machine camera in 1892, and other photographic appliances. Honorary Member of The Academy of Arts, Sciences and Inventions, Paris, France 1890, and of The Academy of Arts and Sciences, Brussels, Belgium 1893. Decorated by the King of Belgium in recognition of the invention of photographic motion pictures 1903.
