Then choose the "Save this image as..." option.
With Internet Explorer, choose "Save Picture as...".

Move the logo you saved on to your Web site.
Then copy the HTML code from below the SafeSurf logo
and paste it on to your Web page.

(Note: You must rate with the SafeSurf Rating System in order to use these logos.)

Any SafeSurf Rated Site can use this one.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE SAFESURF RATING SYSTEM

SafeSurf Wave, Inc. (SafeSurf)


NOTICE TO USER:
THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY USING THE SAFESURF RATING SYSTEM AND/OR DISPLAYING THE "SAFESURF RATED" LOGO YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

SafeSurf grants to you a non-exclusive one year renewable license to use the SafeSurf Rating System, provided that you agree to the following:

1. Use of the SafeSurf Rating System.

You may use the SafeSurf Rating System to rate the content of your World Wide Web site under the terms of this agreement. SafeSurf shall review your site and rating, and then may issue to you the "SafeSurf Rated" logo to display, at your discretion, on your site for the purpose of identifying the rating of your site content and your licensed use of the SafeSurf Rating System. A decision not to display the logo does not affect acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree that your site content will accurately reflect your SafeSurf verified rating at all times. At such time that your site content is revised or updated, you agree to apply for a new rating if the updated or revised content requires such application procedure.

If content is misrepresented or misidentified for the purpose of soliciting minors or for any other purpose, SafeSurf retains the right to refuse to issue, or to revoke your license to use the SafeSurf Rating System and the SafeSurf Rated logo. It is understood that misuse of the SafeSurf Rating System in violation of this agreement may result in additional legal penalties not listed.

2. Terms

SafeSurf retains the exclusive right to verify site ratings and issue a license to use the SafeSurf Rating System. The one year license may automatically be renewed for additional one year periods by SafeSurf without further notice. SafeSurf will contact you if your license is not automatically renewed.

3. Copyright.

The SafeSurf Rating System is owned by SafeSurf Wave, Inc. The SafeSurf Rating System is also protected by United States Copyright Law. You agree not to modify, adapt or otherwise attempt to misuse the SafeSurf Rating System. Use of our certification trademark, SS~~, or our logo is limited only to identify use of the SafeSurf Rating System, in accordance with accepted trademark practice. Such use of any certification trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the SafeSurf Rating System.

4. Governing Law and General Provisions.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms.

This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of SafeSurf Wave, Inc.

You indicate your acceptance of the foregoing Agreement by using the SafeSurf Rating System by inserting a SafeSurf rating into your World Wide Web site and/or displaying the certified "SafeSurf Rated" logo on your World Wide Web site.
