Silverdale Lodge No.311 History

Silverdale Lodge #311 was Chartered July 13th 1985 at Silverdale, in Kitsap County. One of the interesting things about the Lodge is that the Dispensation was granted to 26 Masons on January 7th, 1985, including Grand Master Matt Martin, by Grand Master Matt Martin.

The first meeting was held in the Olympic View Community Club with 118 people present to witness the birth of the new Lodge. M.W. Matt Martin had the special privilege of Constituting the Lodge by authority Grand Master Warren J. Gilbert Jr. In 1990 the Lodge moved to the Silverdale Grange Hall where is still resides, paying a monthly rent to the Grange.

Some of the Best Filipino/American cuisine served anywhere is served by the brethren of this Lodge. Our annual installations have a standing room only crowd to witness the annual recurrence of this auspicious occasion followed by a Virtual Feast of outstanding food.

Our Stated Communication is held the First Monday of the Month except when a Holiday falls on the First Monday, then the stated communication is held on the Second Monday. Dinner starts at 6:30 PM with the Lodge Meeting starting promptly at 7:30.
