Our special concern and prayers this month go to Brother Sgt. Jason Foust, recently deployed to Afghanistan.  Sincere wishes for a safe return.

RWB Ray Smith continues to improve and we wish him the best.

Brother Richard Jenner is recuperating from surgery for a kidney removal.  Brother Jenner's 25-year pin was delivered to him recently with a very nice visit.

Brother Ed Hadley was recently hospitalized.

Brother Lowell Mason, PM, is doing good in rehab after breaking his hip in 3 places.

Our prayers and concerns are always here for any members and their families that we do not know about, and to all of the Men & Women of our Armed Services.

Masonic Senior Services:  I-Care Program

I-CARE stands for independence through coordination, assistance, referral and education and is available to all Masons, wives, widows, Ohio Eastern Star Members.  The mission of this program is to serve elders and adults with disabilities by helping them remain independent and living in their own homes. Currently there is no fee for these services, but donations are greatly appreciated.  Click on the I-CARE link above to learn more.

New Request Forms for Masonic Last Rites       (As published in the January Bulletin)

Recently we have had services for our departed Brethren who were also members of Scottish Rite.  Unfortunately, there was no request from the families of these brothers to have a Scottish Rite Service.  As a reminder to you & your family, please let your family members know if you desire to have any services in addition to the Masonic service by the Lodge.  New request forms are available and can be obtained by Clicking Here or by contacting your Lodge Secretary or visiting the Grand Lodge Website.

Telephone Lists for Funerals & Fellowcraft Teams

We now have a Telephone Call List for Funeral Teams and Fellowcraft Teams.  Any Brother that would like to have his name and phone number listed, please contact Brother Don Mason (777-3853 or e-mail: dmasondon@juno.com).  Adding your name to these lists will ensure you a phone call whenever there is a Funeral or Master Mason Degree.

Did you know........

Did you know there is a cemetery in Springfield, Illinois and one in Clinton Township, Missouri, that has a large Masonic section that is set up as a lodge room?  There are large stone chairs for the Master and Wardens and a large stone Altar with a Bible.  The area is so large that a person would have a difficult time shouting loud enough to be heard from one station to another.
