OES Endowed Memberships

Make one final dues payment for life - leave a legacy to your Chapter - all for only $850.00.  An idea whose time has come!  You pay no more Chpater dues, and your Chapter will receive the benefit of your endowed membership fund for as long as the Chapter exists.  Dues will probably go up!  But with an Endowed Membership, you will never have to worry about a dues increase again.

How it works:  You complete a registration form and send the completed form with a check payable to "OES Endowned Membership Account" to your Chapter Secretary.  Your Chapter Secretary will bill you one more time for payment of your annual dues while endowed membership funds are invested and begin to earn interest.  The next year, and each year thereafter, your Secretary will send you your dues card.

If interested in purchasing an Endowed Membership to honor or memorialize someone, you may also do that.  Contact our Secretary, Sister Jan Mason for a registration form.

OES Last Rites Request Form

Completion of the form is not required.  It is intended to provide comfort and relief for your family and loved ones at a time when you will be unavailable to guide them.  Should you decide to complete this form, please give careful thought to your responses.  Make a copy of your personal records and any other individual or group you deem necessary.  Give or send the completed form to your Chapter for their safekeeping.  In the even of your death, your Chapter will then be able to assist your family with the requested arrangements.  If you would like a form, please contact our Secretary, Sister Jan Mason.

Do you love animals? We do, won't you help us?

Hi to all the animal lovers - this request is pretty simple.  Please tell all of your family & friends ASAP!  The Animal Rescue Site (valid website) is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals.  It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on the purple box, "Fund Food for Animals" for free.  This doesn't cost you a thing and you don't have to sign up for anything.  The corporate sponsors/advertisers of this website use the number of daily visits to donate food to the animals in exchange for advertising.  Please pass this along to everyone you know.

Donate a Mammogram for Free with 1 Simple Click

Please tell ten friends to tell ten today!!  The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman.  It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle).  This doesn't cost you a thing.  Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate a mammogram in exchange for advertising.  Please pass this site along to all the people you know.
