Denton and Mary Ellen Heatherly in Jefferson City, Tennessee, on May 23, 1978. He was educated in the Jefferson County Public School
System,
Walters
State
Community College, the
University
of Tennessee, and Lincoln
Memorial
University. He is a licensed teacher and historian. Brother Denton
married Stephanie Clarice Miller on October 8, 2005.
Brother
Denton was initiated an Entered Apprentice Mason on March 16, 2006, passed to
Fellowcraft Mason on May 6, 2006, and was raised a Master Mason on July 22,
2006. He served as Senior Deacon in 2007, was elected to serve as Junior Warden
in 2008, Senior Warden in 2009, and, in December 2009, was elected to serve as Worshipful
Master of New Market Lodge #246 for 2010.
