...although a general agreement to the details below was reached in early 2001.

1. Only sites of bodies chartered by the Grand Jurisdiction concerned may be listed in the category of that Grand Jurisdiction.

2. Entries under Craft_Masonry will be placed, named and titled in accordance with these guidelines, or as nearly so as the editor can manage.

3. The majority of entries under Craft_Masonry are expected to fit into one of the two templates, below; any which do not will need to conform as closely as possible (see 6.D.).

4. Type Conventions:

A. Uniform Items: expected to be present in over 90% of the entries, these are shown in blue.

B. Variant Items: expected to be present but different in over 90% of the entries, these are shown in
red, with common options seperated by pipes and brackets [ | ]. One or more may apply.

C. Optional Items: expected to be present in less than 90% of the entries, these are shown in
green, with common options seperated by pipes and brackets [ | ]. One or more may apply.

D. Clarity Items: included to make these guidelines easier to use,
purple items are not to be included.

6. Exceptions:

A. Some Grand Jurisdictions do not number lodges.

B. Some Grand Jurisdictions use "Lodge" before the lodge name.

C. The GL of Canada in the Provence of Ontario is the real name for The GL of Ontario.

D. If a body meets in an area not indicated in the Jurisdictional cat title (for example, if a French GL had a lodge meeting in Monaco), indicate the physical meeting location at the front of the description.

E. Droit Humain should have it's own guidelines.

7. Notes:

A. Always spell out St. (Saint), Mt. (Mount), Mtn. (Mountain) and other abbreviations in the titles of the lodges.

B. These guidelines should be generally applicable to Related Organizations as well.

C. The consensus was to include the "type" of masonry [AF&AM | AFM | F&AM | FAAM ] in the category description, but not in the site descriptions (but it is allowed in Grand Lodge site descriptions).

Any further suggestions?
