The Daughters of the Nile is an organization of 58,000 women who are related by birth or marriage to Shriners. Daughters of the Nile is committed to supporting the important work of the 22 Shriners Hospital for Children throughout North America.

Each year, through the Convalescant Endowment Fund and the Convalescent Relief Fund, Daughters of the Nile contribute more than a million and a half dollars to Shriners Hospitals.

The Daughters of the Nile are proud of this generosity and are dedicated to their philosophy of "working together for the children".

The Aurora Daughters of the Nile Club was instituted May 6, 2000 and operates under the authourity of the Elmira Temple of Edmonton.
