My Brothers
We are getting busy again... We assisted Groveland Lodge with a funeral in April and we will be doing the same for Wildwood Lodge on the 12th of this month. We had two interesting talks at our last meting: one centering on what goes on behind the scenes in a funeral home and the other on how to deliver a eulogy. Both were quite interesting. There are still some Brothers who have not paid their Dues for 2007. We really need your support if we are to continue. Please check your wallets for a current Dues Card. If you can't find one, stop by our next meeting and purchase one. They're cheeep! The Officers for 2007 are shown below.
Please note that the Memorial Lodge is looking for a new Secretary. Our current secretary will be leaving us in August.
Our next meeting will be at 7:30 PM on June 13th, 2007, at Tavares Lodge. Dress will be Dark Suits (the new D.·.D.·.G.·.M.·., R.·.W.·. Dana Bishop, will be paying his first Official Visit).
Thanks to all of you, my Brothers, who have supported us so valiantly for the past few years, please drop in for one of our Stated Communications and see your Memorial Lodge at work. It's really painless and can be quite entertaining.
