Imperial Polk Lodge No. 345 F. & A.M.
News & Events:
On September 11, 2003 Imperial Polk Lodge was pleased to receive R:. W:. Richard Parker, District Deputy Grand Master representing the 24th Masonic District. Although the District Deputy is no stranger to our Lodge this visit was extra special as he was accompanied by many of the District Committee Chairmen. The District Team provided a wonderful program detailing the goals for our charities, and the new programs that our Lodges are putting in place to better serve the community. One particular presentation of note was conducted by Bro. Matt Williams of Winter Haven Lodge No. 186. Bro. Matt informed the brethren of the new Child Identification Program that our district is undertaking in an effort to provide all parents with a record of their child's appearance and identifying characteristics that would be used by law enforcement in cases of a missing person or kidnapping.
As shown in the photo above, our Lodge Chaplain, Bro. Charles Rendler, was recently honored with the Daniel Carter Beard Masonic Scouter Award. This award is given to those individuals who have dedicated themselves to the Boy Scouts of America and embody their creed, motto, and beliefs. Bro. Charlie is a life long scout and scout master who earned the rank of Eagle Scout. This award is administered by the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania. Congratulations Bro. Charlie on your achievement!
