Scottish Rite Club



O.C. Wilson became a Scottish Rite Mason in 1969 with the St. Louis Valley. He affiliated with the Valley of Columbia in 1979. He was honored with a Red Hat, becoming a "Knights Commander Court of Honor" (KCCH) in 1989. He and his wife Christina were long time teachers in the Hannibal School System. O.C. taught art and pottery. He was a member and Elder of Arch Street Methodist Church. Some of his Masonic history includes: WM of Hannibal Lodge #188 in 1993-1994; Wise Master for the Maundy Thursday Service in the northern area for years, a duty he truly took to heart; founding father of the Rose Croix funeral team in Hannibal; President of the North Central SCottis Rite Club; member of the 5° team and Valley choir. O.C. was the Columbia Valley Scottish Rite's biggest supporter in the Hannibal area.



Our Scottish Rite club meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. We are currently meeting at the Hannibal Masonic Temple located on Central Ave. Our club supports numerous services in our community including the Valley's Language Disorders Clinic, a transportation program for Veterans to and from Veteran's medical clinics, and a transportation program for children to and from dental appointments.
