| On Saturday, May 20th we sponsered a Shriners Hospital screening clinic here at the Marion County Health Department.
During the planning phases it was said that if we had ten children come in for screening that it would be a success (this was our
first year trying this in our area). The Lord continues to bless us beyond our expectations!!! By closing time, we had thirty
children come through for screening. Of those thirty, over half could be helped by the Shriners Hospital. I can't think of a
better way to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon then helping children. |
