Step 3:

1. In the box for FTP Host Address, enter: ftp.mastermason.com

2. Under "User Name", enter the User Name you were issued. It is most likely your Site Name or the name of your web folder.

3. Enter your Password. FTP passwords are case-sensitive.

4. Default FTP Port numbers are Port 21. Leave that setting as such.

5. Login Type: Normal.

You should now be able to click the "Connect" button and connect to your web folder at our server. If you receive an error message it may be because of an incorrectly entered Username or Password, or your site may not have been set up yet. Another reason may be because our server is temporarily offline or may be rebooting. These situations are rare. Just try again later.
