1. WILLIAM J. DOPSON – (Worshipful Master: 1870) – Information being researched.
So far genealogical records show there was a W. J. Dopson who was a Private from Georgia
in the Confederate Army. Also a W. J. Dopson was listed in Camden County, GA marriage
records. It is not known if this is the same individual who was our first Worshipful Master
in 1870; when our lodge was chartered.
2. JAMES FABIUS CLARK – (Worshipful Master:
1871, 1872, 1873) – Born in Lincolnton, Georgia in 1823. Brother Clark received his degrees in Solomon
Lodge No. 20 and was made a Master Mason in that Lodge in 1853. He served as Worshipful Master of Callahan Lodge
No. 32 in 1871, 1872, and 1873 and affiliated with Ezra Lodge on December 20, 1873. Bro. Clark was elected Wor. Master of Ezra Lodge
the same night that he affiliated and served for three years, 1874, 1875 and 1879. He died on December 5, 1910 and buried in Section
B, Lot 199, Grave 31, corner of Holmes Drive and Cummer Drive in the Masonic Section of

Brother James Fabius Clark served in the last Seminole War 1856 and 1857. He also served in the Confederate Army and enlisted in 1862. The following link gives greater detail on his life:
