Remembrance Day Parade. Beacon #190
joins with the other two Lodges in Red Deer, plus the O.E.S. and
the Shrine to lay wreaths at the Remembrance Day cenotaph
ceremonies. |

Christmas Family Tea: Beacon Joins
with the Order of the Eastern Star and the other two Lodges in
Red Deer to celebrate the Season and to host the Spouses of
Brethren who have passed on. |

North East Angle; Brethren of Beacon #190,
along with the other two Lodges in Red Deer fund and serve
Christmas Dinner at a local homeless centre as well as providing
additional funds to ease the Seasonal preasures. |

Burns Night; Beacon #190 has been hosting a
Robbie Burns dinner every January since the Lodge's origin
in1963. Held in conjunction with the January meeting (4th
Monday) with the Grand Master usually in attendance. It
enjoys a good attendance from Masons throughout the District. |

Installation of Officers; Beacon #190 joins
with Kenilworth #29 for a Joint Installation of Officers under
the Canadian Rite Ritual. Each Lodge taking their turn
hosting the event at either their May or June meeting. |

Masonic Zoo Cruise; As Beacon #190 is
formally dark during the month of July and August, we meet on
the 4th Monday of July, along with our spouses and guests to
enjoy a 2.5 hour cruise and BBQ on Sylvan Lake. This event
is usually sold out so get your tickets early. |

Masonic Family Picnic; with Lodge being
dark during August, we gather together in late August or early
September for a family picnic and enjoy Dave's fabulous pit
cooked roast beef of a bun. Event is open to all families
in the "Masonic" family as well as guests. |
