The National Heritage Museum looks to broaden public awareness of the principles of Freemasonry and its history with the opening of a new long-term exhibition, "To Build and Sustain: Freemasons in American Community." The exhibition is designed to explain what Freemasonry is and why men have continued to join the fraternity throughout American history. "To Build and Sustain" will open June 1, 2002.

Tracing-boards, Tracing-cloths, and synonymous terms. References thereto in the Lectures. Their diversity or uniformity of design. Explanation of characters on the Master Mason's Board.
Whilst cataloging and transcribing the note-books of W. L. Wilmshurst the following drawing of a tracing board was discovered. It was signed by Wilmshurst and is a symbolical summary of his thoughts on the significance of the Masonic symbol of the Centre.
The Working Tools Magazine is a new WEB based full featured Masonic magazine started in January of 2006. The monthly issues are in Adobie format and can be downloaded individually. There is a table of contents for each issue on the WEB site. A considerable amount of "good stuff" here!

The George Washington Masonic National Memorial was constructed entirely with voluntary contributions from members of the Masonic Fraternity. The Memorial Association is the only unified effort of all of the Grand Lodges in the United States. The construction of this beautiful, awe-inspiring Memorial was the single most important 20th century successful endeavor by the entire Masonic fraternity. Each Grand Lodge is a sovereign body in its own territorial jurisdiction but the love and reverence for George Washington by the Masons in this country is amply demonstrated by the collective effort of all of the jurisdictions to keep this Memorial to Washington, the Mason, a living reality.
National Sojourners, Inc., is a national fraternal organization meeting the needs of military Masons and advancing programs that promote love of country.
